With bratboy hitting the injured list, and not-yet-returned-to-full bus service crunching my available time, poor Rory is getting the short end of the stick. I did catch him charming one of the mares in his field on the weekend - gently nibbling her cheek... and she LET HIM DO IT! He's tried with another one of the mares who didn't appreciate it.
I'm mostly seeing him at night to grease his eyelids and give him a good scritching. He was getting wiggly about the eyelid greasing and I finally gave his halter a little shake and growled "Enough!" at him the other night. He's been a little angel since.
